Dr Prabitha Urwyler
Dr. Prabitha Urwyler is a dynamic Scientific Officer & Program Manager for Bilateral Cooperation at Innosuisse, the Swiss government’s innovation agency. In this role, she facilitates international partnerships and drives innovation projects supported by the Office of the President of Switzerland. Alongside her policy work, she brings her expertise to academia as a lecturer at the University of Bern, shaping the next generation of Swiss innovators. A passionate chess advocate, Dr. Urwyler serves as a board member of the Swiss Chess Federation and is an active member of the Social Commission of FIDE.

Dr Ursula Rehle
Dr. Ursula Rehle is a seasoned expert in organizational development and change management, with a focus on aligning strategy, structure, processes, and culture for transformative impact. She supports institutions and teams through complex transitions, helping them build cohesive, future-ready systems. With a background in economics and systems thinking, she brings a holistic lens to every project she undertakes. Her previous roles at the Institute for Economic Research and the prestigious Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) reflect her deep grounding in research and policy.

Yuka is a dedicated front-end developer with a strong commitment to using technology for social impact. With extensive experience building and maintaining high-quality web applications, she specialises in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js and Vue.js and brings a deep understanding of how intuitive, accessible digital experiences can support meaningful engagement.

Dr Elfriede Neuhold
Dr. Elfriede Neuhold is a prominent academic and research specialist at the University for Continuing Education Krems’s Platform for Sustainable Development (SDGs), based in Vienna. As a Visiting Senior Lecturer, she leads courses on sustainable investment lifecycles for buildings and ethical facility management—melding legal frameworks with environmental responsibility. Dr. Neuhold also co-organizes high-profile events like the “Immobilien-Zukunftstag” (Real Estate Future Day), where she explores sustainable urban planning and nature‑human protection zones—transdisciplinary spaces that demonstrate innovation in harmony with the environment. A key contributor to Krems’s Platform for SDGs, she promotes integrating UN Sustainable Development Goals into higher education, research, and civic engagement. Her work—rooted in ethics, law, and sustainability—aligns seamlessly with Sarvamangala’s mission, advancing inclusive and resilient development through education, practical application, and community impact.
